Crafting The Future

      
 Our Future is our next generation. It is our country’s Future also. Their thoughts, decisions & actions will decide the fate of this country... Therefore we all have a responsibility to protect our next generation and Craft The Future ...
            Leos of Ünàwàtunà Diämönd Stàrs have understood this responsibility. As the first event of Crafting The Future, We have  sponsored the maternity clinic on 27th of August.
            More than 150 mothers participated for our first event of Crafting the Future. There we organised lectures from Doctors, Medical officers & Medical students. Sessions were done by Midwives at the clinic. We donated gift packs including knowledge materials ( files & booklets regarding pregnancy ) to mothers. We specially thank Doctor Mrs. Danthanarayana,   Lion. Ravi Kalansooriya ( President, Lions club of Unawatuna ), Lion Upali Silva ( Chairperson,Lions Region 5 306A1 ) , Staff of the Health Department & all the medical personnel for supporting this event. Thank you very much  Leos for actively participating in planning, organising & implementing the event.
